Product Return/Refund Policy & cancellations

Overview

Our refund and returns policy Any product with a retail price greater than INR 150/- is eligible for Product Returns and lasts for 2 days after delivery. If 2 days have passed since goods delivered to you, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Package opening video and images are mandatory for returns due to damaged product or Wrong/missing product related complaints.

Undelivered orders due to non availability or incorrect address will be refunded with adjusted RTO cost.

No Return/Refund for product samples.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, under garments, house cleaning items, etc. cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Bulk Order

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Product return request must be submitted within 2 days from Order delivery date.
  2. Undelivered orders due to non availability or incorrect address will be refunded with adjusted RTO cost.
  3. Package opening video and images are mandatory for returns due to damaged product, Wrong/missing product or incorrect quantity related complaints.
  4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged but you have to provide video of opening sealed box without valid video proof No Replacement will be done. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email attach video of opening the parcel at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Other Terms:

  1. Grihavya is committed to protect the interests of our partners however, it is advised to review a return/refund prior to submission to ensure details are correct and accurate.
  2. We will initiate a return pick-up only in case of damaged product, wrong product delivered, or any other valid reason. For cases such as “I ordered by mistake”, “I no longer need this product” or etc., you will be responsible for sending the products back safely to successfully receive a refund.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. If reverse pickup has been arranged for defective/damaged or wrong products, after receiving the products back refund/replacement can be initiated.
  5. If Product is not working, contact us with the testing proof of the product received from us, without testing proof no return or refund claims will be entertained.
  6. For Bulk and Resell orders, If Product is in stock, we dispatch the product within 48 hours of your order otherwise we will inform you by mail about availability of the product within 2-3 days.
  7. If order is failed or cancelled and money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or account whichever is applicable.
  8. Shipping charges are extra that depend on weight and quantity of product and comes automatically when you purchase a product.
  9. If product is defective, damaged or broken, contact us within 2 Days of delivery otherwise no return or refund claims will be entertained.
  10. We ship through reputed courier companies including Bluedart, Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, Xpress Bees and others to ensure safe and fast delivery.
  11. Delivery can take 2-5 working days for metro cities and 4-7 working days for rest of the India.
  12. Any delay caused by courier company or India post is not our responsibility.
  13. If order is prepaid and customer did not accept, receive or collect the courier or return the courier then shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and rest will be refunded back after evaluating the issue.

In Defected/Damaged products BB have to create an opening box video and photographs to claim the refund.

Incorrect or partially quantity delivered: BB have to create an opening video and raise a ticket on return & refund window, and supplier will refund for the rest quantities.

If wrong products delivered: In that case supplier has to refund fully amount of the order to BB after investigation and BB has to return the box with original label at his own cost/shipping charge to claim the full refund.

Order Cancellations Policy

  1. Only orders that are pending or in the middle of processing can be cancelled. Your order won’t ever be cancelled if it is already shipped out. If you decide to cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will refund your payment in full amount within 10 to 15 working days. Shipping and return fees will be deducted from the prepaid amount if the customer did not accept, receive, or pick up the order after delivery or return the package to the courier. If the order fails or is canceled and the money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or bank account.
  2. Cancellations will not be processed for orders bought with coupon discounts. These are limited-time coupons and are solely aimed to liquify genuine inventory at cost price; therefore, cancellations will not be processed.
  3. If order is cancelled by our end for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your account or card whichever is applicable with in 10 working days.

 

Grihavya Subscription – Cancellation & Refund Terms

  1. Cancellation Request Window
    • All cancellation requests must be submitted to Grihavya Support within 2 days from the subscription plan start date.
    • Requests submitted after the 2-day window will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
  2. Conditions for Cancellation & Refund
    • A subscription will only be eligible for cancellation and refund if none of the following have been used by the subscriber:
    • Grihavya platform features included in the subscription plan
    • Any service deliverables associated with the subscription
    • Any benefits, credits, or usage-based features provided under the plan
    • If the user has utilized any Grihavya services or accessed/consumed subscription features, the subscription will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
  3. Refund Processing Time
    • Once a cancellation request is approved and all conditions are verified, the refund will be initiated.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
  4. How to Request a Cancellation
    • To request a cancellation, users must contact Grihavya Support via the official support channel (email or dashboard ticket). Requests must include:
    • Registered name
    • Subscription plan details
    • Reason for cancellation
